Job description:
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, accepting orders and payments
- Preparing cocktails, serving items to customers
- Cleaning and re-stocking work area
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Willingness to continue learning about beverage preparation
- Very good listening and communication skills
- Ensure guests are satisfied with service
- As an ambassador of Eataly products and services, you are responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences for each guest that comes to our restaurants. Eataly ambassadors are expected to actively engage with guests and spend quality time with each customer
- Adheres to Eataly Stockholm’s procedures, policies, expectations and quality standards
- Availability for working during evenings and weekends
