- Leading a strong team of 8 quality engineers whose responsibility is to monitor all sourcing projects completed in China supervising all QA/QC related activities
- Responsible for the HSE management practice procedure and HSE supervision on all sourcing projects
- Ensuring all projects follow the China quality requirement but not limited to and the following: RFI, Pre-Q, ITP, TQ, FAI, FPA, FAT, WPS, WPQR, HSEP, LTP, PPPT, specifications, standards, drawings, reports, MDRs, root cause analysis, failure mode analysis, third party management system, etc
- Managing the logistic and various supply chains of all projects
- Maintaining the China Sourcing procedures UpToDate and to ensure all the China Sourcing team members follow the procedures around all aspects
- Bachelor’s degree on engineering, science and technology
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient skills in: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Previous experience of at least 10 years in large multinational company
- At least 10 years’ experience in a quality management role
- Experience of at least 5 years of managing technical experts
