Job Title: Accounts Executive - Payments, Billing and Compliances

Job Summary:
We specialise in Service Administration of Warranty Programs for a wide variety of products including Warranty,Extended warranty, Insurance claims etc. for IT, Office Automation, Mobility, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Consumer Durables etc.

We have state-of-the-art service operations, accounts and billing software for end-to-end claims management.

To strengthen the team, we are hiring members in our Accounts Department.

This position is responsible for managing payments to customers and service centres, billing the claims and associated works.

You will have opportunity to learn the Insurance Claims Settlement, Payment Methods, Document Validations, Insurance related compliance, warranty management and various other specialised Services.

Job Responsibilities:
The role requires the following:

1. Manage and monitor all customer payments and billings
2. Process and reconcile customer payments and invoices
3. Monitor overdue payments and take corrective action
4. Collaborate with the Accounts Department in resolving complex issues

Requirements

1. Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi.

2. Should be highly motivated and result oriented

3. Analytical and Numerical skills are mandatory

4. Ideally from Insurance Claims / Service Centre / Repair processes background

5. Should be good at reconciling and resolving accounts with the clients through phone, email etc.

Required Qualifications

1. B.Com. / M. Com with 2+ years of experience
2. Good working knowledge on Excel

Location: Jasola, New Delhi (Adjacent to Jasola Apollo Metro Station)

Other Notes:

  • All work is to be done on our Proprietary Software and knowledge of Tally, Busy or any other accounting software is not required.
  • Those who are keen to work only on our software should apply. Extensive training will be provided.

Remuneration

  • Annual CTC - Rs.2,40,000/- to Rs.3,60,000/- depending upon experience
  • Company believes in regular performance linked incentives
  • Exceptional candidates with lesser experience may also be considered

Working hours
Office hours are 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Saturday; extended working hours may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
